Will my girlfriend like Behe?

One blog every month seems a bit uninspiring as I hope to one day be published. However, if you're one into stereotypes and fond of the children's story which puts a turtle in a race with a troublesome hare, then it seems to me you would feel I'm right on schedule.

I've been reading a book called Darwin's Black Box by Michael Behe. It's an older book but much like some movie theaters not getting first run movies, the turtle libraries don't get books for a bit.

It amazes me how well this book has stood up to criticism. Don't get me wrong, I think the irreducibly complex argument is an excellent one against the Darwin religion, but responmses to Behe's arguments have been barely lucid and it is not atypical for there to be name calling toward Behe.

Very odd.

It seems even in the academic and scientific community, many have lost the ability for intellectual discussion without anger or emotion when Darwin is challenged.

Perhaps this will help Darwinists to understand the emotions Christians feel when their religion is attacked.

But enough about us turtles eventually becoming birds, I've been talking with Jean-Luc about my career in future cards. While I appreciate my narrator role in the cards, I'm hoping to play more of a lead actor role in the future. I was quite encouraged to hear that the next set of cards are being worked on and I may actually have a girlfriend in one of the cards.

This should give great hope to those of you in thick glasses named Eugene out there!
